That is why it is important to have a more holistic approach, especially when it comes to class management. The goal of this program will be to train teachers in a wide variety of class management techniques so that they will be able to implement them in equivalent classroom environment. It will incorporate both theoretical and practical learning. The trainees will actively participate in the educational process so that they themselves can experience all the techniques and skills they will be learning.
