You can get an Erasmus+ grant to fund the educational programs your school or organization needs. Erasmus+ has the goal to improve education and cultural awareness. You have to contact your National Agency here for details and instructions on how to apply for that Grant. The deadline for Key Action 1 projects is on 4th March 2015.
