• Lecture about the benefits of a typical Greek diet (products, ingredients etc.) on pupils’ health.
• Tasting the Greek ingredients and products.
• Discussing what is appropriate to meet the needs of pupils in other countries.

DAY 3

• Developing techniques to prepare healthy, quick salads and easy to make snacks in school.
• Developing and organizing a food guide meant for school needs.

DAY 4

• Lecture: Learning about Greek and Mediterranean eating habits and their connection to a healthy living childhood and adulthood.
• Practice: Cooking recipes and snacks for pupils at a restaurant of Larisa.

DAY 5

Developing the most important strategies:

How teachers can encourage and inspire students to  live a happy and healthy life  in and out of school with balance:

• Social Strategies
• Physical Strategies
• Emotional Strategies

DAY 6

• Developing the most important strategies: How teachers can encourage and inspire students to live a happy and healthy life in and out of school with balance:
• Cognitive Strategies
• Motivation Strategies
• Presentation of creative techniques to integrate play and physical activities in school life

DAY 7

• Open discussion to clarify doubts, answer queries and assist participants
• Evaluation
• Certificates
• Farewell (before lunchtime)
